Import PPPoker hands into DriveHUD

MobileHH saves the PPPoker hands you play on your Android phone in DriveHUD's own format, so DriveHUD lists them under PPPoker, apart from any other site. 5 and 6 card Omaha, bomb pots and run it twice included. No emulator or PC client.

1. Set MobileHH to DriveHUD XML

During setup, MobileHH asks for a format: choose DriveHUD XML. Already set up? Change it in the app's Settings. Hands already saved are written again in the new format.

2. Get the folder onto your PC

MobileHH saves hand histories to a folder on your phone that you pick during setup. DriveHUD needs that folder on your PC, so sync it:

  • Syncthing (free): syncs the phone folder straight to a folder on your PC over your own network, with no cloud account. Install it on both, share the MobileHH folder from the phone, and accept it on the PC.
  • Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive: their Android apps don't sync a folder on their own, so add a sync app such as FolderSync or Autosync to upload the MobileHH folder. The Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive desktop app then brings it to your PC.

Note the folder's location on your PC: that's the one you add to DriveHUD next. A path with only English letters avoids import problems in some trackers.

3. Add the folder to DriveHUD

  1. Click Settings (top right), then Site Settings.
  2. Choose PPPoker, click Add under the hand history locations, and choose the synced MobileHH folder.
  3. Click Apply. New hands import as they arrive.

To bring in hands that were already in the folder, use DriveHUD's import and point it at the same folder. Only import the .xml files: if the folder also has PokerStars .txt files from before you switched formats, DriveHUD files those under PokerStars.

4. Check it works

Play a hand in PPPoker with capture on. Once the folder syncs, it appears in DriveHUD under the PPPoker site.

Good to know

  • Players show as their PPPoker IDs, which is how DriveHUD identifies PPPoker players.
  • Every game MobileHH exports works: Hold'em, Omaha with 4, 5 or 6 cards, bomb pots, double board, run it twice, straddles, Pineapple (as Hold'em with your two kept cards) and tournaments.
  • Only hands you're dealt into are saved. Tables you only watch are never kept.
